We're beginning this year's round of sculptures! This time, we are taking music, and creating an artistic statement about it. Students are designing sculptures to highlight why music is important. Students are considering music's relevance in cultural identity, storytelling, communication, entertainment, emotional influence, and in popular culture. After some very insightful discussions, students drew up their plans, and jumped into the building process. We're at the beginning stages, but check back close to June to see the final results!
