Dr. Seuss has been such a wonderful inspiration in my classroom. As students prepare to build miniature paper sculpture worlds, they have been practicing by designing Dr. Seuss inspired houses. Students are combining prisms, cones, and paper folding to make wacky houses fit for our make-believe worlds. Take a look at some of the practice homes our students have made.
How was your November? My 1st, 2nd, 6th, and 7th grade classes had an excellent month. These classes earned 4 or more ART PAWs in November got a special treat this week. Students were invited to make emoji ornaments using yarn and felt. The results were absolutely adorable. Take a look below!
